You’ll train alongside a dedicated community, using dynamic Kung Fu-inspired movements to build strength, stamina, and confidence. This isn’t just fitness—it’s your next breakthrough.

What’s on Offer?
Our group fitness classes target a whole body experience over an intense 30 minute work-out. Our HIT Intensive Training (IT) focusses on a full body cardio workout, with a unique martial arts twist. CORE IT classes target the full core, to give you the fab abs you deserve and our FLEX IT targets mobility and promotes muscle recovery with an intense set of stretching exercises.
HIT IT
Unleash your power in our fast-paced striking class. “Hit IT” is designed to challenge you mentally and physically as you learn dynamic kicking and punching combinations. Each session is structured around four core combinations: one focused exclusively on hand strikes, one on leg strikes, and two that blend them together.
The best part? You are in complete control. Scale the intensity to your own fitness and skill level. Come to sweat, release stress, and harness pure power and speed. Or, come to meticulously build your technique and sharpen your mind. If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to strike effectively, this is the perfect class for you.

CORE IT
Forge an unshakable foundation. “Core IT” is a targeted class dedicated entirely to building superior abdominal strength. We systematically work every major muscle group, including the upper, middle, and lower abs, obliques, and the deep stabilizing core.
Our workouts blend counted and timed repetitions to maximize engagement and ensure a balanced, comprehensive burn. Easily scaled to any ability level, this class delivers the most effective core workout you’ll find, helping you build the solid power that fuels every other movement.

FLEX IT
Rediscover your range of motion. “Flex IT” is a comprehensive class dedicated to lengthening and challenging your entire body—from your toes to your head. We incorporate a strategic mix of static and dynamic stretches, with options to use equipment for either deeper assistance or a greater challenge.
Whether your goal is to achieve greater flexibility, improve overall mobility, or simply release tension, this class provides the focused practice you need to see real, lasting gains.

How much?
Our group fitness classes are tremendous value at $20/week. That’s under $4 a class. Our focus is on helping you reach your fitness goals more than anything else.
